CANCELLATION POLICY
Dear Valued Clients, I deeply value the time we share during your appointments. To ensure that I can provide the best service to all my clients, I have established the following cancellation policy: Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: • 24-Hour Notice: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This courtesy allows me to offer the available time to other clients. • Late Cancellations: If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, a fee of up to 15% of the service cost may be applied, depending on the situation. I understand that emergencies occur, and I will consider each circumstance individually. • No-Shows: If you miss an appointment without prior notice, I will require a deposit before scheduling your next appointment. This deposit will be applied to your future service but is non-refundable in the event of another no-show. Late Arrivals: If you anticipate being late, please contact me as soon as possible. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened appointment or the need to reschedule, out of respect for other clients’ scheduled times. Deposits for Future Appointments: In certain situations, such as repeated late cancellations or no-shows, I may require a deposit to secure future bookings. This deposit will be credited toward your service on the day of your appointment. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting this policy, which helps me provide the best possible service to all my clients.
